Buddy Hayes is sixth in school history in career scoring with 1,879 points scored from 1963-66. He is among the career top ten leaders in scoring average (17.1 ppg) and free throws made (316). Led the team in scoring in 1965-66 with 579 points. Scored a career-high 39 points against Mercer in the 1964-65 season. Named All-State all four seasons, including a first-team honoree as a junior and senior.
